Who handles your data

Federico Gallinari, owner of MTPick. For any request: mtpick@mtwinapps.com.

Which data

Only what you enter in the reservation form: your email address, your name if you write it and the version you are interested in (Basic, Pro, Max or «not sure yet»), plus the date of the reservation. The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools.

Why we use it

To write to you when the paid versions of MTPick come out and give you the reserved discount. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. The reservation is not a commitment to buy.

Where it is kept and for how long

Your request reaches mtpick@mtwinapps.com by email (mailbox on Apple iCloud, notice sent through Resend) and a copy is kept in the site's database on Cloudflare. We keep the data until the paid versions are released and in any case no longer than 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it. We never share or sell it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent by writing to mtpick@mtwinapps.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
